lokatsia.ge is an online catalogue (an advertising platform) that allows space owners ("Host") to publish information about spaces available for rent, and allows interested parties ("Guest") to discover and contact them.

2. Limitation of liability

The administration is not responsible for:

• Accuracy of information: the Host who publishes a listing is solely responsible for the accuracy of photos, descriptions and prices.
• Outcomes of transactions: any agreement reached between the Host and the Guest (including payments, cancellations, compensation for damage) is the responsibility of those two parties only.
• Damage: we are not liable for any damage that may be caused to the owner's property or the guest's health during the use of the space.

3. User (Host) obligations

When publishing a listing, you are required to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the space in your possession.
• Not publish unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content.
• Have the appropriate authority (ownership or power of attorney) to rent out the space.

The administration reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any listing that violates these terms or contains suspicious information.

4. Intellectual property

The website's design, logo and source code are the property of lokatsia.ge. Automated data extraction (scraping) or copying for commercial purposes without the administration's written consent is prohibited.

5. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
